High Intensity Training (HIT)

Redefine YOUR Boundaries!

HIT sessions are intense so come ready to sweat! The primary focus of HIT is short, intense bouts of exercise. HIT combines many modes of training to confuse the muscles and help you break through plateaus and boost your energy. Sessions will enhance muscular strength and definition while maximizing caloric expenditure. Come see if HIT is for you and take your fitness to the next level (FREE intro sessions each month on the first Tuesday from 6-7a and last Wednesday from 5:30-6:30p).

Cost:  $70 for 10-Session Ticket to HIT It for members ($140 for guests)
